Go to I-Plan (if you don't know how to do this click here). 

Go to Professional Development

Click on the Professional Development tab at the top of the page.

To filter your goals, go to the filter goal type drop down that is right above your goals in the calendar view.

There are three options in the drop down; required, recommended and custom goals. Choose the view you wish to use.
